Genesis 46:28, Snapshot #5

 

Today we take a short break from Jacob to focus our attention on Leah’s fourth oldest son, Judah. I’m calling this session and the next, “The Day the Lion Roared” in reference to the Biblically based correlation of Judah and The Lion. Judah has a colorful past. Over the next two weeks we plan to review the critical junctures in his life culminating at the Royal Palace in Egypt where the past and the present are finally reconciled through a beautiful demonstration of grace.
