In today’s session we move forward to hear what Jesus has to say about the devil, the one who the crowd is listening to. He states that there is absolutely zero truth in the devil. Therefore all the devil speaks is falsity. If the crowd continues to listen to this untruth they will commit murder. In contrast, all that Jesus speaks is true, in 100% alignment with His father. The crowd cannot receive His words because they are listening to the devil, named here as the father of lies
