The word transformation means the process of dramatic change from one form or appearance to another. We have taught that chapter 32 was such an experience for Jacob. However as we look at his first post experience in chapter 33 we notice that some of his actions are not what we would expect from a “transformed person.” Today, after a brief introduction the Moot Men will go to table time to catalog their observations from chapter 33. These observations will then be compiled and explored as a group next week. Our purpose though this section will be to gain understanding of what we mean when we use this term “Transformation” as it relates to our journey as a follower of Jesus Christ.
